MODIFIED BITUMEN (MOD BIT) ROOFs
We apply hot or cold applied modified bituminous roofing systems that stand tough over time, even under maintenance foot traffic or as an underlayment to a terrace providing the required waterproofing membrane.
TPO ROOFS
Thermoplastic Polyolefin or TPO is another form of exposed, single-ply roofing with high reflectivity used in many ICI applications.
SHINGLE ROOFS
The most common type of roofing material for high sloped roofs, we are experts in shingle roofs.
TRADITIONAL BUILT UP (BUR) ROOFS
Many years of experience in building traditional roofs with mopped-down hot asphalt and felts has taught us the finer points of roof repair and replacement.
INVERTED BALLASTED ROOFS
Loose-laid membranes have insulation and ballast above the membrane exposed to the air. The membrane stays warm & hidden from UV rays.
PVC ROOFs
Poly-Vinyl-Chloride or PVC is an excellent roofing membrane for large areas, specified in many commercial uses including as an overlay to extend the lives of older roofs or increase thermal reflectivity of the roof; we do it like a pro.
COPPER AND METAL ROOFS
This is a stunning accent to a historic building or a premier level commercial or institutional building. Metal roofs are meant for slope and last for years.
