Every roof dies and when it does, Tectra can replace it. Whether it be BUR (shown), mod-bit, PVC, metal or otherwise, our team has experience replacing old roofs all over Ontario.

Buildings and houses with shingle roofs are no stranger to Tectra. We have experience in replacing shingle roofs and installing new shingle roofs on new builds anywhere in Canada.

A complete roof often includes a wide variety of flashing profiles and accessories that are needed for access or maintenance to mechanical equipment and for other areas of the asset.

Small additions or alterations can in and of themselves, be just a roof. We can design and build such additions in their entirety or work with an Architect already on your team.

Many building owners experience localised leaks far before the end of the roof's lifecycle. To extend that lifecycle and protect owner or occupant interests, we can investigate and repair any leak.


BUILDING SCIENCE & WINDOWS

We have a team dedicated to building envelope work. Our experience helps us to identify issues with building science that pose risk to a building and our team is capable of repairing them.


ROOFS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION

We supply, install and warranty new roofs with insulation and membrane according to any manufacturer available in Ontario. If we design your new roof, it comes with a built-in warranty.

We provide review and reporting services to owners who are interested in capital planning for their roofs or portfolios. Reviews are invaluable in the planning for the life or sale of building assets.


MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

In our climate, regular maintenance is the single-most valuable insurance policy on the life of an asset. Our team is engaged to conduct twice-annual maintenance even on roofs we did not do.
